基于砖、木材料的建筑机器人产业化探索

摘要:随着大批量定制的建筑生产需求,数字化设计与机器人建造技术在过去十年间,带来了设计理论的发展和对建筑产业化发展方向的反思,研究关注点也逐渐从理论范式与工具创新,转向了实践探索和建筑产业的应用。本文围绕建筑机器人建造技术,结合木构、砖构两个实践案例,分别从“建筑机器人定制化预制生产”和“建筑机器人智能化现场建造”两个角度,探索了建筑产业化的发展方向,并指出了建筑机器人建造技术和未来建筑产业升级的全新伙伴关系,提供了基于砖、木材料的建筑机器人产业化重要应用实例以及示范工程的依据。
With the mass customization of building production, over the past decade, digital design and robotic fabrication technology have caused reflection on the development of design theory and the direction of the future development of architecture industrialization. The research focus has gradually shifted from theoretical paradigm and tool innovation towards the application in practice and to architectural industrialization. Using wood and brick construction for reference. This paper explores the development direction of architecture industrialization development from the two perspectives of "Robotic Custom Prefabricated Architecture Production" and "On-site Robotic Architecture Fabrication", which are based on the construction practice of robotic fabrication technology and the combination of wood construction and brick structure. And it also points out the partnership between robotic fabrication technology and the future of architecture industrialization, providing examples of building robotic industrialization application in brick and wood based construction and basis for demonstrative projects.
